On May 14, Mililani High School’s National Honor Society students held a Sex Trafficking awareness and fundraiser event called “Stop The Sale”.

On May 9, Producer Chet Thomas brought The Abolitionists to the Hawaii State Capitol for a special showing. The event was geared toward Hawaii’s legislators, but other members and organizations from the community were also welcome to join for the special showing. Ho’ola Na Pua was among those present.
The University of Hawaiʻi is joining the One Billion Rising initiative this February 10th, 2016 to take a stand against violence towards women and girls. Hoʻōla Nā Pua will be in attendance, and we encourage you to be too.
